	BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Possess a Diploma/Degree in Valuation/Business Administration/Real Estate Management or its equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in the property industry Be able to conduct market research, undertake feasibility studies, assess investment viability and write reports Must be computer literate especially in all Microsoft Office programmes		SALES EXECUTIVES Possess minimum Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or related qualifications Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in a property development company Matured personality, possess good interpersonal and communication skills Be able to work with minimum supervision Must be computer literate
